Yang Tai Chi Chuan is a very wide practiced style of Tai Chi these days. The founder of this Tai Chi style was Yang Lu -ch’an, and his techniques were known over the years as Yang style. The merits of the teacher were highly acknowledged, since he was hired by the Chinese Imperial Family in order to teach the Tai Chi Chuan style to the guards. It was a position that he occupied until his death.
Tai Chi Chuan has a main purpose, the balance of the human being as well as the accumulation of the inner energy. The yin side of the process is cultivated by meditation at the same time the yang side is developed by movement. When the yin techniques are heavily practiced, the formula of the blood is changing and it becomes acid. The Taoism asserts that we need a blood formula that is be balanced in order for the body to function properly.
