To train and develop a ‘champion’, it’s important to make them realize that it’s not an easy road and that they will have to face failure many times before they actually reach their goal. And that they will have to practice always to learn that perseverance is a key to success. This is an essential lesson a student should understand as he makes his way to the road he’s taking.
Moreover, the training teaches the kid that every person is responsible for his own actions and must understand and abide by the given rules. And to abide by a given set of rules means that a person show regard for the worth of someone else as well as himself which can be shown to people in positions of responsibility and authority such as parents, teachers, ministers, librarian, police and firefighters.
