What are the benefits for replacing a stock radiator fan for a new steel one.?
My car keeps overheating and I’m changing out the water pump. I figure since I’m changing the water pump I might as well change the fan. So again, what are the benefits for having a new steel fan against a stock piece?
I really wouldn’t waste my money. If there isn’t anything wrong with the old fan (broken or chipped blades) you will never notice a difference. Just make sure the fan clutch is working properly – that will make a huge difference.
