Tee Support Review

As a university newspaper reporter, I got an unexpected valuable chance to interview the manager of Tee Support, who gave me a cordial reception.

Following is the complied content of my interview. (M stands for the manager of Tee Support and J stands for the journalist.)

J: What called for the birth of Tee Support?

M: Through the years’ development, we have realized the fact that there are no ultimate solutions available to solve every PC problem, neither the software nor the service alone. We believe that customized service (with trained professionals) and dedicated software be the solution to help our customers in a better and more efficient way. Our mission is to help our subscribers always smile and feel at ease when any PC problem occurs.

J: You’ve mentioned that your mission is to help your subscribers always smile and feel at ease, so how do you realize this point?

M: Our customers will easily fix PC problem remotely by our certified Tee Support agent with their permission to connect their computers. The connection is via our secure encryption so it is a time-saving, easier and secure method.

J: What are the main competitive advantages of Tee Support?

M: We are the only service provider in the industry to provide 1-on-1 tech support 24/7 and FREE accredited software for the subscribers. This may be the best solution and offer you have ever seen.

J: I know that currently computer users who have received Tee Support services need to pay you only after you have successfully troubleshot their PC problem, right?

M: Yes. I think it is quite fair. We go in for business with customers on the basis of mutual benefit. The reason we don’t adopt the primary plan to charge people in advance is that we have been fully considering customers’ benefit and giving them enough trust.

J: I am also interested in the free accredited software you providing to your subscribers, would you please tell me more specific information about that?

M: The free accredited software available now is called Quusoft Uninstaller, which is developed by our legitimate partner, an industry-leading company specializing in system optimization and maintenance. It is the virus and spyware-free program that will fully analyze and manually remove all components of the program for you. This software has been favored and tested by our lab and its users for years.

J: Is there any more benefit that Tee Support subscribers can enjoy in future? Do you have such a plan?

M: Certainly. At this moment, we only provide uninstall service. However, at this year 2010, we will be providing more services, such as Green PC Service, Data Backup/Recovery Service, PC Tune-up Service, Spyware and Virus Removal Service and other services requested most by our subscribers. These services will be available to all of our subscribers for FREE within their subscription period. I am sure these newer services will make customers feel more satisfied and valued on our services. Thank you.

J: What is the biggest challenge you’ve met so far?

M: It still takes time for people to build up the brand image of Tee Support. Take Microsoft for example, people will naturally associate the concept of something consistently reliable with Microsoft. But since we are able to provide such high quality and substantial services to our subscribers, we are confident that Tee Support will become more convincing and influential among computer users.

J: What methods you have carried out to ensure the further succeed of Tee Support?

M: I do not want to use too many big and attractive words to describe this procedure, for all members of Tee Support realize that there is still much improvement for us to make every day and our company will keep on offering our staff comprehensive ongoing training to the professional and quality insurance for our subscribers as we have accustomed to. I think it should be one of crucial factors playing a vital role in ensuring the survival and development of Tee Support.
