Knee Wrap
should i wrap my knee? It tries to lock, it buckles and catches..?
i really don’t want to be told to go to a doc. i really don’t want to go to an orthopedic doc. i don’t really have the $ right now either.
so… this is sorta a yes or no question.
will it help or not?
oh, or anyone know good online diagnosises?
my knee is always red and maybe a little swollen if you want to diagnosis me here! lol!
if it is indeed swollen, it’s been swollen for about a few months.
it doesn’t hurt.
it just tries to give away. no pain until i get it to pop.
that helps the weakness, buckleing, and catching.
it has only locked up once.
once i get it to pop everything goes away and then it hurts a little, but it goes away
it might help. if your knee is swollen, ice it several times a day for 6 minutes. elevate it when you sit down. of course, you should see a doc, but if you are short on money, you should at least go to a drug store and buy an ace bandage and maybe a crutch to help take weight off it.
