Secrets Of Hair Care Revealed
Are your addicted to the fashion shows on T. V.? Do you feel a deep desire for the hairstyle of the models you can see there? Are you a fan of a star just because of the hairstyle? Do you want that hairstyle for your own? With all these questions comes another question, do you want a really healthy and beautiful hair? Or, are you seriously concerned about taking good care of your hair and make it look shiny and beautiful enriched with health? If this is true then here are a few tips for taking care of your hair.
Before we can discuss with anything relating to hair care or giving any tips for hair care, the first thing that we should keep in mind is that hair can be of different types. Different people have different hair types and attention must be paid while doing any kind of experiments on your hair about the type of hair you have. This decision is very nec7essary as different hair types have different problems and each problem has separate solution. Any mistake in this matter may have adverse effect.
Now let us come to the basic hair care tips. At first what we must do is to keep our hair clean from dirt, dust and harmful chemicals, which easily damages our hair. To help protect our hair from the harmful effects of these elements we must shampoo our hair regularly. Now here also comes the problem to decide which type of shampoo to use? Now as we all have different hair types, therefore, we should be cautious about choosing their shampoo. As for example, oily hair needs mild shampoo where as egg shampoo is very good for dry hair. If the hair is too oily, add lemon juice in Luke warm water and rinse off the hair.
Shampooing can be done regularly (ideally every alternative day) as it is required to keep your hair clean and healthy. Before shampooing we should prepare our hair by combing with a wide toothed comb to remove tangles, and the water should be of comfortable temperature so that the hair may not feel any stress while shampooing. Now wet the hair and apply the shampoo on your hair and scalp by taking it in your hand (and do not apply directly on your head). Now massage your hair and scalp gently in rotating and circular motion. After that rinse off the hair thoroughly with water so that no dirt or shampoo is left behind. There is no need to leather twice if you shampoo regularly.
Now comes the role of conditioner. A conditioner is to the hair what a moisturizer is to the skin. It gives shine and bounce to the hair and supplies the natural oil required for your hair. Proper conditioning is required every day with shampooing or else the shampoo may dry up your hair and make it rough. Coconut oil is also helpful for the hair. It supplies some natural proteins to the hair. It is very helpful in dandruff control. No doubt coconut oil is a bit greasy and leaves a sticky effect but still it is very helpful for the growth and health of your hair.
