Ever since I can remember I constantly desired to be bigger. My mum and dad had been of small stature and I had unfortunately inherited their genes. I had endured sufficient and made the decision to sign up to the local weight lifting group at my sports activities centre. It was a once a week class for about an hour but this would soon lay the footsteps for a life time of rigid military style self-discipline in workout and dieting.

It was at this class that I saw a guy flickingthrough the pages of a body building magazine named Muscle & Fitness. I noted the name and the following day proceeded to go out and purchased my copy. This magazine would later on become my Bible for body building triumph.

I bought every single month-to-month copy and read each and every single article. Soon I started to get a lot more knowledgeable on training and nutrition. I divided my routine into major body parts to gain mass quickly. This was consisted of one day back and shoulder training, one day chest workout, one day legs and the last day was for arms. I started weightlifting heavy and hard and observed that I could basically lift far more than I considered if I put 100% into my weight lifting.

Rest & Recuperation

Training 7 nights weekly for somebody who is a hard gainer is a total waste of time.
